Wichita Parking Lot Striping was founded in 2016 by Derek Holloway, who spent seven years as a striping foreman for a regional paving contractor before deciding striping deserved to be its own specialty. Too many property managers were getting rushed, uneven lines from crews whose real expertise was asphalt, not layout and accuracy — and ADA compliance was treated as an afterthought instead of a real liability question. Derek built this company around doing one thing well: laser-guided, code-compliant striping for commercial and industrial properties across the Wichita metro.
Marcus Boyd leads field operations and most of the company's ADA compliance layout work. Renee Castillo manages scheduling and client accounts, and is usually the first voice a property manager hears when they call about a deadline-driven restriping job.
